The BESTONE Group has an impressive product portfolio which has evolved magnificently over the years. In our beverages segment we bring packaged drinking water under the brand name of Bestone. Bestone packaged drinking water is processed in India at state-of-the-art water plants in Faridabad and Sonipat, Haryana, as well as Ranchi, Jharkhand, and Govindgarh, a village in the Chomu block of Jaipur district in Rajasthan. Our aim is to guarantee the highest safety and great taste adhering to the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) norms.
We use multi-step water filter and purification system at our plants. We are committed to make world class drinking mineral water by using branded and advanced machines. Water is carefully collected from the top water source. Quality testing from the original source is regularly monitored for abnormalities by using sand filter and carbon filter to removes water carrying foreign matter and odor.
Ultra-filtration is used to remove the colloidal particles from water. Excess and unwanted minerals are removed through the Reverse Osmosis Process. Selected minerals are added to ensure right nutrition. Ultra-violet sterilization provides additional product disinfection. This is monitored on an hourly basis. The filling room is regularly sanitized to ensure bottling is done in a microbiologically controlled environment.
Packaging quality assurance is conducted by human inspection and the modern equipment designed to ensure zero packaging defects. Line sanitation includes automated cleaning equipment to ensure maximum cleanliness, effectiveness and control.
